1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 7juu ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any service provided on the 7juu platform at https://7juu.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the 7juu platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, and any promotional or bonus activities. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions and will be communicated at the time those promotions are offered.

2Player Eligibility

To register and use the 7juu platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7juu does not permit any person under 21 years old to register, deposit, or engage in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Any attempt to register using false identity details will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must hold a valid Bangladesh mobile number that can receive SMS for account verification and security purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 7juu or any of its affiliated game providers.

7juu reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the player's account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Players who are unable to verify their identity may have their account suspended until verification is completed. Providing false documentation is grounds for permanent account termination.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 7juu platform. Multiple accounts are not permitted under any circumstances, including attempts to circumvent a previous account suspension or closure. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. 7juu will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any other channel.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify 7juu of a security breach at [email protected].
• Use a strong, unique password for your 7juu account. 7juu recommends a minimum of 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device. 7juu cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account due to a player's failure to log out.

7juu may at its sole discretion suspend, restrict or permanently close an account if it determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7juu platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7juu does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to player balances. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits may apply and will be communicated in the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are processed in real time in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 7juu may require KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions above defined thresholds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• 7juu reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, account compromise, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees) in connection with deposits or withdrawals. 7juu does not add its own transaction fees to standard deposits and withdrawals, but this may be subject to change and will be communicated with reasonable notice.

5Bonuses and Promotions

7juu may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• 7juu reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any statutory obligations.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as specifically permitted by the applicable promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus balances being voided.
• 7juu reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts or winnings derived from bonuses in the event that fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of promotions is identified.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 7juu platform are provided by internationally recognised game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe, among others. Each game operates according to its own published rules and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained by the respective game providers. 7juu does not intervene in, influence, or alter any game outcome. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and audited independently. Players acknowledge that all games of chance carry an inherent house edge and that past game outcomes do not influence future results.

• Players must not use any software, bot, script, algorithm or device that provides an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to automated betting systems, card-counting software or exploits targeting game provider vulnerabilities.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, 7juu will use reasonable efforts to determine the correct game outcome based on available server logs. Where this is not possible, the affected game round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• Sports betting odds are determined at the time a bet is placed and are final. 7juu reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly quoted odds due to system error, subject to providing prompt notice to affected players.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of play (card deals, roulette wheel spin, dice roll) as observed and confirmed by the game studio's dedicated surveillance systems. In the event of a dispute, the game studio's recorded outcome is final.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7juu platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection thresholds.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account or process a withdrawal.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer games or live dealer tables.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform software or in any game to obtain an unfair advantage or to generate winnings that would not otherwise accrue under normal game operation.
• Registering as a player if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

8Responsible Gaming

7juu is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within every player account, accessible from account settings at any time without the need to contact support:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you deposit into your 7juu account.
• Session time reminders — receive an in-platform alert after a duration you choose, reminding you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily restrict access to real-money gaming for a chosen period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanently closing your account.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7juu, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to a technical error that is promptly corrected; loss of potential winnings due to disconnection; or dissatisfaction with game outcomes or odds.

7juu does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 7juu takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and integrity, temporary downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 7juu platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of 7juu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any 7juu content without express prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. 7juu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

11Privacy and Data Protection

7juu collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on 7juu, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the footer link on the 7juu platform. Key data practices include: SSL encryption of all data transmissions; no sale of personal data to third parties; use of data solely for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance and regulatory obligations.

12Amendments to These Terms

7juu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7juu will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or via the registered contact details on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 7juu platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 7juu arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 7juu support at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint in writing. 7juu will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
